Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Life with Kellie P online store (the “Service”) operated by Life with Kellie P (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We accept payment through all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
3. Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within one business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Please note that processing time may vary depending on current order volume.
- Please note all of our books are Print on Demand. This means once they are processed, they are sent to the production company. Generally, production time is approximately 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind production times are estimates and this timeframe can change depending on factors like order volumes at the print facility, holidays, or unexpected delays such as machine maintenance. Therefore, while we aim for 3-5 business days, we can’t guarantee exact completion dates. During the Christmas holiday season, production generally increases to 7-10 business days.
Shipping Methods
- We offer flat rate and priority shipping for all orders. The delivery times and shipping carriers may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the number of products.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number and the carrier’s website.
Delivery Estimates
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as shipping method, carrier delays, customs processing, and your location.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible due to our automated order processing system. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns on products that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at kellie@lifewithkelliep.com within three days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
5. Product Information
- We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, and details of our products.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
